Getting to St. Louis / Transportation by Air
St. Louis is served by the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport the
23rd busiest in airport operations in North America with 10 major air
carriers serving more than 81 cities worldwide. It is 13 miles
northwest of downtown St. Louis. Visitors can take MetroLink light rail
to Lambert Airport from downtown and points in between 24 hours a day.
There are stations at the East Terminal and at the Main Terminal.
Local Transportation
MetroLink, St. Louis’ 46-mile long light rail transportation system,
connects the airport's Main terminal and East terminal and links the
airport with downtown St. Louis and many points of interest in between.
The MetroLink fare is $3.50 from the airport to any point along the
system.
